Age Verification Policy
Liberty Vape sells vaping products to adults only. Nicotine is addictive. We do not sell to anyone under the legal age in their province, and we do not sell to anyone buying on behalf of someone under that age.
Minimum age by province
The minimum age is set by the province the order is delivered to, not the province you are browsing from.

How we verify age
Verification happens at three points.
- When you enter the site. You are asked to confirm your date of birth and the province you are shopping from before you can browse products. This is checked against the minimum age for that province.
- Before we dispatch. We may contact you to confirm your identity or request identification before an order leaves our warehouse, particularly on a first order. Orders that cannot be verified are held and, if we cannot resolve them with you, refunded.
- On delivery. Every order is shipped with age verification and requires a signature. The delivery agent checks the recipient and will request government-issued photo identification if the recipient appears to be under 25. Packages are not left unattended.
If proof of age cannot be provided
If the recipient cannot provide proof of age, the package will not be released and will be returned to us. A 50% restocking fee applies to orders returned for this reason, and the balance is refunded once the package is back with us. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Misrepresenting your age
Providing a false date of birth, false identification, or arranging for someone of legal age to receive an order on behalf of someone who is not, is a breach of our Terms of Service. We will cancel the order and may refuse service in future.
For parents and guardians
If you believe a minor has used your payment method or address to place an order with us, contact info@libertyvape.ca and we will stop the order if it has not shipped and investigate.
