Liberty Vape ships to ten of Canada's thirteen provinces and territories, from our warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta. We do not ship to Quebec, Yukon or Nunavut. What you can order depends on your province, because provincial regulations control which vaping products may be sold into each one.

Why can't I order to Quebec, Yukon or Nunavut?
Liberty Vape is not set up to sell vaping products into Quebec, Yukon or Nunavut, so orders cannot be placed to those destinations. Products are hidden rather than shown as unavailable when you browse from one of them. We have no timeline for adding them.
What can I order to my province?
Provincial rules differ, so the selection you see changes with your province. Set your province using the region selector on the site and you will only be shown products that can legally ship to you.

The short version: devices, coils and other hardware reach everywhere we ship. Nicotine products are where provincial rules bite. British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba carry the broad range. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island are considerably narrower. Northwest Territories is effectively hardware only - a small handful of nicotine products, and no pre-filled pods at all.
Note that empty replacement pods are hardware, not a nicotine product. They are available everywhere we ship, including Northwest Territories, and should not be confused with pre-filled pods.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your address and order size, and it is shown before you submit payment. Orders over $99 ship free, and free shipping can be upgraded to Xpresspost for $7.99. Shipping fees are not refundable.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 24-48 hours. Everything ships from Edmonton, Alberta, by Canada Post.
We do not quote delivery estimates. Transit time is set by Canada Post and varies with your address, the service used and conditions on the day, and once a package leaves our warehouse we have very little control over it. Your tracking number is the reliable answer - for anything beyond what tracking shows, contact Canada Post directly.
How do I track my order?
You will get an email, and in some cases a text message, with a Canada Post tracking number once your order ships.
Who can receive a vape order?
Orders and deliveries are restricted to adults of legal age in the receiving province. Delivery requires proof of age: the delivery agent checks the recipient visually, and if the recipient appears to be under 25 they will ask for photo identification. A signature is required.
Do not attempt to get around the age requirement. Where proof of age cannot be provided, a 50% restocking fee applies.
What if an item is out of stock?
If something you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund it. On a multi-item order we ship the rest and refund the item that is unavailable.
What if my package is returned or does not arrive?
If a package comes back to us after failed delivery attempts, or because the address given was incorrect, we refund the order minus the shipping cost once it reaches us.
If a package has not arrived, Canada Post's terms require a wait of up to 25 days before a claim can be opened.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We handle a small number of orders outside Canada, but not to the United States. International orders are arranged by email rather than placed through the site, and customs, duties and local import rules are the customer's responsibility - some countries do not permit e-liquids or lithium batteries to be imported at all. If you are outside Canada, contact us before ordering.
