How do you return something that was bought from us?
At Liberty Vape we pride ourselves in the quality of our products and our dedication to customer service. This is why we offer a comprehensive return policy.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including any outer sleeve as these contain product serial number and codes that we need in order for us to get warranty. Therefore we cannot accept any products back without this.
Please contact us first in regards to any products you wish to return. Once discussed and agreed upon, please send the product back to us and not to the manufacturer. We recommend you use a trackable shipping method to make sure it gets back to us safely.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and health & safety reasons. Opened e-liquid bottles, drip tips (mouthpieces), used coils, and tanks/atomizers or vaping kits which have been filled with liquid or used.
There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any product otherwise working but with obvious signs of use or wear and tear. Any items not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We cannot guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
Once your return is received and everything looks good and in order, we will refund the product value excluding any postage charges originally paid back to the payment method used. Please allow a few days for the refund to be received back into your account.
For any exchanges, if the new product costs more you are responsible to cover the extra amount. If less, we will refund the appropriate amount to you.
If you haven’t received a refund within seven business days of returning your items, please contact us first to check if we have received your items. If we have and we've processed your refund, please contact your card issuing bank. But please bear in mind it may take some time before your refund is officially received back into your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
