Shipping Policy

Handling 

We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, orders are shipped within 24-48 during business days. All orders ship from Edmonton, Alberta. Upon completion of your shipment, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking number to view its transit, via Canada Post. 
 
In the situation where the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will be advising you about this and will provide you with an alternative option or a full refund. If your order is multiple items and one of them is out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock. 

Items are packaged carefully and wrapped in a manner to protect the products from damage and limit the size and weight of the package to minimize costs so we can offer a very affordable flat rate shipping fee as well as free shipping on all orders over $75.

Orders that are placed Monday to Friday will be processed within 24-48 hours. 
 
Please be advised: The shipping timeline listed below are only estimations and do not include weekends, holidays or any other delays caused by the carrier company. Liberty Vape is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier company. To get an accurate timeline of your product, please track your shipment (you will receive an email with your tracking information) or contact the carrier company directly. Once your package leaves our warehouse, we have very little to no control over the package. 
 
Shipping fees are non- refundable and will be displayed during checkout, before you submit for payment. 
 
If your package is returned by the carrier company after failed delivery attempts or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will provide you with a refund minus the shipping cost once the package has been returned to us.

Online orders and shipments are restricted to adults who are of legal age in the receivers respective province. 

Shipment requires Proof of Age, the delivery agent completes a visual age verification of the recipient upon delivery. If the receiver appears to be under the age of 25, the agent will request photo identification to confirm their age. A signature is also required. 

DO NOT attempt to circumvent age requirement as we charge a 50% restocking fee when proof of age cannot be provided.

SHIPPING TO THE USA / WORLDWIDE: 

For all shipments to the USA we now use shipbymail to assure that your package is quickly and safely delivered.
1. Go to shipbymail.com and create a free account by signing up
2. You will get a free Canadian address where you can ship our order to.
3. Your new Canadian address will look like this:
YOUR NAME
YOUR SUITE ID
YOUR CANADIAN ADDRESS
4. Input this address as your shipping address during checkout 
5. Once your order arrives at the shipbymail warehouse, shipbymail will contact you with shipping options and tracking information.
If any shipping costs were paid to us it will be refunded.


For US customers, expect to receive your package within 5-10 business days. For international customers, expect to receive your package within 8-15 business days.

Imports of vaping equipment can sometimes be difficult to receive and we can not be held responsible for any customs issues, tax or duties which your local office imposes. 

  

Please ensure your destination country allows the import of e-liquids or batteries before placing your order. If an item is seized by your local customs office this is the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue.  

 

We are bound by Canada Post's terms and conditions which are listed on their website. If an item doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, we have to wait for up to 25 days before a claim can be made.
